The accommodation price for each apartment depends on the number of guests and may be adjusted according to the season and length of your stay. Guests are obliged to pay the price of their stay as stated in the booking confirmation in full in advance.
We provide groups of 20 or more people with discounts depending on the season.
Each apartment may be occupied by just one person for a minimum price of 1500 CZK for the whole apartment.
The number of guests in the room specified in the booking confirmation sent by the accommodation provider must not be exceeded. If this number is exceeded, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a fine of CZK 2,500 for each unreported guest. Accommodation of dogs, cats and other pets is not allowed! The accommodation provider may charge a fine of CZK 10,000 for unauthorized accommodation of animals or other pets.
The guest is liable for all damages and additional costs incurred during his or her stay.
The accommodation provider is not liable for the loss of items left in the building, or for cash.
