House Rules

Arrival any time after 2:30 p.m. Departure by 11:30 a.m.

The apartment building has no permanent reception service. The building and rooms can be accessed non-stop using an electronic key (NFC) downloaded to a smartphone via the Activakey app (not currently available for iOS mobile devices). Users without this application will receive a numerical code from the accommodation provider via SMS or email and will receive their accommodation card in the safety deposit box in front of the building entrance.

Guests are provided with a contact telephone number in advance in case they urgently need to contact the accommodation provider upon arrival or during their stay.

Parking on adjacent fenced-off land (50 m) for a fee. The land is monitored by a camera system.

We want our guests to feel like visitors. We consider cleanliness, tidiness and decency as standard, requiring no further explanation. Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the building.

Please keep the peace during the night after 10:00 p.m. throughout the building and in the vicinity.

The final cleaning is included in the price of the stay. Cleaning and replacing bedding during your stay is possible by arrangement for a fee, building facilities permitting.

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the apartment balcony (this applies for apartments no. 1, no. 5 and no. 7)

This accommodation is not suitable for pets, with the exception of dogs weighing up to 12 kg. A fee is charged for dogs and the accommodation provider must be notified in advance. The option for a dog to stay is always stated in the booking confirmation.

Parties, noisy entertainment or social gatherings are prohibited throughout the building.

The common areas in the building are monitored by a camera system.

The accommodation is suitable for children (aged 0-16) accompanied by their parents. Young people aged 15 – 18 unaccompanied by a teacher are not permitted to stay. We expect parents to control their children to ensure they do not disturb the other guests in the building.

Equipment for babies up to 2 years of age is available by prior request (cot, bedding, potty, nappy-changing mat)
